Meditation for a happier, more meaningful life

Our weekly Meditation & Buddhist Wisdom classes offer an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, enjoy guided meditation and explore Buddha’s practical teachings on developing a peaceful and positive mind.

Each class focuses on a particular aspect of Buddhist wisdom and shows us how to apply it to the challenges and experiences of modern life. Through meditation and practical advice, we can learn to respond to difficulties with greater clarity, patience and confidence.

Everyone is welcome. You don’t need to be Buddhist or have any previous meditation experience. Classes are designed to be accessible to beginners while offering plenty to explore for those wishing to deepen their understanding.

Each class is self-contained, so you can come along whenever it suits you, whether for a single class or an entire series.
